State Contract

One of the biggest strengths that we have as a Union member is our ability to come together and speak up for what's right at work. Thanks to members like you, we have a seat at the table and a real voice about our pay, benefits, job protections and working conditions. We are more powerful when we are ALL being active and working together!

Through collective bargaining, we negotiate legally binding contracts that reflect the priorities and values of the people doing the work. These contracts are NOT handed to us. They are won when members stand together and support not only the collective bargaining but also each other.

Contract Proposal Form

It's never too early to share your ideas for the next Contract. Complete the proposal form and submit it to any of your E-Board Officers so that your voice can be heard. As the window has closed for this contract, please do not submit any proposal or inequity forms to your E-Board until after the negotiations are completed.

If you have questions about the form or proposal idea, contact your Steward in writing, preferably electronic format such as e-mail, so the item can be brought to the attention of the appropriate individuals for clarification purposes.
